Thanks to my sister for finding this one! I modified a beef bowl from The healthy foodie blog site. Sonia made her’s with Kale, but since I had fresh chard from the garden that’s what I used. I also used 2 of my 4 butternut squash that I grew this year. Essentially, the recipe is made with onions, mushrooms, greens, and grass fed beef. The seasonings make this dish – garam masala, curry, ginger and cinnamon. I didn’t add the dried coconut, and I don’t think I missed it. Thanks to Sonia and my sister for this one!
