In this case review visit, we will be assessing your unique individual case and getting to the root cause of your health problems.  During the session, we will go through a complete health history that generally entails a detailed conversation about your current state of health, health history, family history, diet, lifestyle habits, etc.  We will also be conducting a thorough analysis of your symptoms using our unique Nutritional Assessment tool (called the NutriQ). 

 

This visit will last approximately 90 minutes and is primarily an information gathering and sharing session by connecting the dots between your symptoms and health history.  At that point, we will discuss with you potential approaches and recommended laboratory workups.
